Most of our tiny house customers live in the northeast; namely New York state, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

However, we ship anywhere in the contiguous United States.

We contract with a RV transport company that generally charges $2-4 per mile plus tolls for tiny houses on wheels, and a little more when an oversize permit is needed for park model tiny houses.

Most of our tiny house customers don’t move their tiny houses once they’re in place, but tiny houses on wheels can be used for travel.

Because tiny houses on wheels are built with traditional building materials instead of fiberglass and plastic, they’re heavier than typical RVs.  If you’d like to use your tiny house like an RV and travel with it, you’ll need to have a strong enough truck to tow it.

This blog post will help you decide what towing capacity your truck will need to have for towing your tiny house:

Ram Trucks filmed a tiny house towing commercial at our factory.  Watch it here:

Whether you decide to travel with your tiny house or put down roots, we have the house for you!
