Tiny houses on wheels are road-legal 8′6″ wide and under 13′6″ tall. Their length can be up to 40′, although we recommend that tiny houses used for travel should be 24′ or shorter. Tiny houses on wheels can use traditional campground hookups or be permanently tied into the water, sewer, and power sources. Tiny Houses by B&B are certified by the RVIA and can be zoned and treated as a recreational vehicle travel trailer.

Park model homes, at 10′+ wide, are permanently on the chassis and need to be professionally delivered because they require an oversize permit to move. They can be placed on a gravel or concrete pad and permanently hooked up to a power source, a well/city water, and a septic system/sewer.

We build houses on-site within a one hour distance of our shop located in Adams, MA. This house is permanently on a foundation and tied into freshwater (well or town water), wastewater (septic or sewer), and electricity. B&B’s stick-built houses are built to the building code and zoning laws of their state and municipality. Financing and zoning are the same as any traditional single-family home.
